如何写外贸开发信？

外贸开发信的一般结构，注意事项，附两个模板。

方法/步骤

准备:凡事预则立

客户是终端客户还是中间商，什么规模，是否是高风险区；

花的时间越多，以后花的时间越少，效率越高；

开头：

1.不建议用Dear，建议用Hello，因为Dear过时了，听起来像是取悦顾客；

然后简单打招呼，简单点，现在还不熟；

文字：产品名称 产品参数 产品规格 包装条件 特色 自身经验；

原则是，不要丢失一些东西，给客户需要的东西，尽量避免客户不需要的东西，主动添加一些对客户更重要的东西；

结论：交易的例子 问题；

交易的例子是促进顾客的购买欲望；

问题是让客户尽可能多地回复你。如果你有回复，就会有信息。如果有更多的信息，就会有更多的机会。只要客户回复，就可以用专业的服务给客户留下深刻的印象，怕客户忽略我们。

模板1:（RFQ客户）：

This is Will from Company---a fetal monitor manufacture.1.0 MHz digital pulse fetal monitor can be supplied to you(技术指标).It is more accurate and reliable than Doppler ones.It seems you are used to Doppler ones,

1.have you ever thought about Digital fetal monitors?

3.have you ever thought about fetal monitors with 20 years time storage?we can do this.

The CNF price is 49usd or 165usd per set for 50 units.

语言简单、清晰、易懂，多用被动语态
